Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: 

We offer free shipping within India on all our products except for stoneware. We charge a flat rate of shipping for our stoneware products.

International Shipping: 

We currently do not support International shipments. However, if you are interested in shopping with us, please send us an email at hello@curiouser.in and we will be happy to share specifics based on order needs.

Shipping Time And Tracking: 

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on the location, the product will be delivered to you in 7-10 working days after it has been dispatched. Some orders, such as pre-order items may take longer. In such cases, please refer to the delivery times as mentioned on the product description page when ordering.

Though we are committed to ensuring timely delivery, due to unforeseen circumstances some delays might occur at times. If we anticipate a significant delay, you will be informed either via e-mail or the contact number provided. 

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 

For pre-order items, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

We will email you the tracking number via email as soon as the order is dispatched. From the moment the order has been placed, to the point of delivery, we are happy to answer any questions you might have.
